Privacy notice

How we handle personal information. Last updated July 2026.

Who we are

Azuka Estates Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 09742743. Our registered office is Unit H7 Park Avenue, Sundon Park Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 3BP.

If you have a question about this notice or about how we use your information, email info@azukaestates.co.uk, call 07503 664062, or write to us at Suite 2, Crystal House, New Bedford Road, Luton, LU1 1HS.

What we collect

If you contact us through the enquiry form on this website, we collect:

If you email or call us directly, we hold whatever you send or tell us.

This website does not use cookies, and it does not track you.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your information to answer your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to provide the service you have asked about. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has approached us — or, where we go on to work together, performance of a contract.

We will not add you to a mailing list, and we will not sell or share your details for marketing.

Who else sees it

Very few people. The enquiry form on this website does not send your message to any third party — it opens your own email app with the message ready, and you send it to us directly. There is no form-processing company sitting in between.

The only others who may handle your information are:

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

If you choose to load the map

The map on our contact section does not load until you click it. If you do, Google will receive your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather that did not happen, simply do not click it — the address is written out in full beside it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted. Records relating to clients and properties: for as long as we act, and then for six years afterwards, which is the period during which a claim could still be brought and the period our tax and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also ask us to transfer it elsewhere. There is normally no charge, and we will respond within one month.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@azukaestates.co.uk.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
